Centro Grafico DG converts a wide range of materials in widths up to 1.6 m wide and gauges from 12 through to 100 microns, such as PP, PVC and PET films, pressure sensitive adhesive materials , security papers.

We have the capability to coat, laminate and metallize films and foils up to 1600 mm wide.

Additional facilities for the ID and high security markets include demetallization to register (up to 800 mm wide), foil application (both high speed roll to roll stripes and patches up to 1600 mm width), 9 colors web offset, four colours web intaglio printing and, most recently, a new laser engraving and cutting system for improved flexibility.

Web cleaning and inspection systems are installed to guarantee materials' top consistency and stability.
